u  Fortuna is also called PARS FORTUNA.

u  This is the most sensitive and fortunate point in the Zodiac.

 

u  This position in the Zodiac moves at a speed much faster than Moon.

u  Fortuna’s position is calculated and arrived at by adding the longitude of Moon counted from Aries zero degree to the longitude of Ascendant counted from Aries zero degree and then from this sum subtracting the longitude of Sun counted from Aries zero degree.

u  It is equivalent to adding Tithi to Lagna.
